- What is your turn around time?
- Ready to ship items such as boutique clothing and accessories, unless otherwise noted, will ship in 1-3 business days.
- Tees/Sweatshirts/Screenprinted items have a turn around time of 7-14 business days. This could be up to 21 business days if we expect a high volume of orders on particular products. This will always be stated in the item description if so.
- Bows, with the exception of name bows, have a turn around time of 5-7 business days. Custom name bows have a turn around of 7-10 business days.
- Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
- No, unfortunately we cannot combine orders or add onto orders once they are placed.
- Do you offer local pick up?
- Absolutely! I have two pick up locations. Pick up items are automatically available our store location in Princeton. If you wish to do porch pick up in Owensville, this must be selected on the product page. You can also EMAIL us at contactotmboutique@gmail.com.
- What is your return policy?
- 14 days from in-store purchase, shipment received, or pick up notification sent to you. This is only done via store credit. Please refer to our full return policy under “Policies” at the bottom of this page for specific details.
